Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the StillPoint Within Massage & Bodywork website, book an appointment, receive services, or buy a gift card or package. By booking or using our services, you agree to them.
Our Services
StillPoint Within offers massage and bodywork, including restorative massage, craniosacral therapy, TMJ and intra-oral massage, lymphatic drainage and prenatal massage. Our services are meant to support relaxation, comfort and well-being.
Bodywork is not a substitute for medical, dental or mental health care. Our therapists don't diagnose conditions, prescribe medication or treat illness. If you have a medical condition, please keep working with your healthcare provider, and ask them whether massage is right for you.
Booking and Health Forms
You can book online through Square Appointments or by phone. After you book, we'll text you a health intake form. Please complete it accurately before your first visit, and tell your therapist about any changes to your health, medications or pregnancy before each session. We may need to adjust, shorten or reschedule a session for your safety, and some services require clearance from your healthcare provider, such as lymphatic drainage after surgery.
Cancellations and Missed Appointments
Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged 50% of the service price. Missed appointments without notice are charged the full service price.
Prices, Payment and Gratuity
Prices are listed on our Services page and in our booking system, and may change. The price shown when you book applies to that appointment. Payment is processed through Square. Flutura's prices are all-inclusive, and she doesn't accept gratuity. Gratuity is welcome for sessions with Shannon.
Offers and Discounts
New clients receive $15 off any service with Shannon. Shannon's Into Stillness series gives 20% off the first session and 15% off the next two, when all three sessions are booked before you leave your first appointment. Offers can't be combined unless we say so, and we may change or end an offer at any time; changes won't affect sessions you've already booked.
Gift Cards and Packages
Gift cards and packages are sold through Square and can be redeemed for services at StillPoint Within.
- Gift cards don't expire and can't be redeemed for cash, except that a gift card with a remaining balance of $5 or less can be redeemed for cash on request, as Colorado law requires.
- Packages are prepaid sessions with Flutura at a discounted rate. Package sessions are booked like any other appointment, and our cancellation policy applies to each session.
- We aren't responsible for lost or stolen gift cards, but we'll try to help if you have your purchase details.
Your Comfort and Safety
You can ask your therapist to change pressure, technique or draping, or stop a session, at any time. Our services are professional and therapeutic only. We'll end a session immediately, with full payment due, if a client behaves inappropriately, makes sexual comments or requests, or is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, StillPoint Within isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or services. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that can't be limited by law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they were last changed.
