What services do you offer?
We offer restorative massage, craniosacral therapy, massage with craniosacral, TMJ and intra-oral massage, nervous system touch work, lymphatic drainage, prenatal massage, and craniosacral with face massage. How much does a massage cost?
Sessions range from $110 for 45 minutes with Shannon to $300 for 120 minutes with Flutura. Prices depend on the service, the session length and your therapist. Every price is listed on the Services page.
Do you accept tips?
Flutura's prices are all-inclusive, and she doesn't accept gratuity. Gratuity is welcome for sessions with Shannon.
What happens at my first appointment?
After you book, you'll receive a health intake form by text to fill out before your visit. At your session, we start with a short conversation about what you're feeling and what you'd like from the session. Pressure and techniques are then tailored to your body and nervous system, from gentle to deep. Every massage includes warm towels.
What should I wear to my massage?
For massage, you undress to your comfort level and stay covered by a sheet, except for the area being worked on. Let your therapist know if you'd prefer to stay partly or fully clothed.
What is craniosacral therapy?
Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, light-touch technique that releases restrictions in the membranes and fluid around the brain and spinal cord to help balance the nervous system. People often book it for chronic pain, fatigue, TMJ, concussion recovery, anxiety and emotional stress. You can book it on its own or combined with massage.
What is intra-oral TMJ massage?
Intra-oral massage releases tension in the jaw muscles from inside the mouth as well as outside. Our 90-minute TMJ session ($210 with Flutura) starts with about 30 minutes of work on the neck, face and scalp, followed by about 45 minutes of intra-oral work. It's often booked for jaw pain, clenching, clicking, tension headaches and migraines.
Do you offer prenatal massage?
Yes. Prenatal massage uses a bolstered face-down pillow, side-lying positions or elevation, tailored to how far along you are. Please mention that you're pregnant in the notes when you book.
How soon after surgery can I book lymphatic drainage?
Lymphatic drainage is usually appropriate once incisions are fully closed and your medical provider has cleared you, often 7 to 14 days after surgery. It isn't recommended with an acute infection, active blood clots, unmanaged heart or kidney conditions, or unhealed surgical sites.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged 50% of the service price, and missed appointments without notice are charged in full.
Do you have a new client offer?
Yes. New clients receive $15 off any service with Shannon. For ongoing care, Shannon's Into Stillness series gives you 20% off your first session and 15% off your next two, as long as you book all three before you leave your first appointment.
Do you sell gift cards and packages?
Yes. Gift cards are available for any session length and can be bought online. We also offer 3- and 5-session packages of 90 or 120 minutes with Flutura. See Gifts & Packages for details.

We're open Monday 10am–3pm, Tuesday 10am–4pm,
Wednesday 3pm–8pm, Thursday 12pm-7pm.
Friday 10am–6pm, and Saturday 10am–5pm.
We're closed Sunday.
