Sessions are with owner and Massage Therapist Flutura Hajdini and Massage Therapist Shannon Case, run 45 to 120 minutes, and cost $110 to $300. Every massage includes warm towels.
Restorative Massage
A therapeutic massage tailored to your goals, whether that's chronic pain, recovery from physical strain, everyday stress or calming your nervous system. Pressure ranges from gentle Swedish-style relaxation to focused deep work, guided by a philosophy of finesse over force. Sessions blend therapeutic massage with myofascial release, trigger point therapy, stretching, craniosacral techniques and face and scalp work.

Craniosacral Therapy

TMJ & Intra-Oral Massage
Relief for TMJ dysfunction, jaw pain, clenching, clicking jaws, tension headaches and migraines. The session starts with about 30 minutes of Craniosacral and external work on the neck, face and scalp, followed by about 45 minutes of intra-oral work inside the mouth. The approach is "non-agenda touch", combining therapeutic massage, craniosacral therapy and somato-emotional release.

Nervous System Touch Work
Restorative, centering bodywork built on craniosacral therapy and nervous-system-supportive touch and dialogue.
Sessions can be stand-alone craniosacral work or blended with therapeutic massage for extra grounding.

Lymphatic Drainage
A slow, rhythmic full-body session using gentle manual lymphatic techniques and soft facial cupping to support circulation, fluid balance, immune function and nervous system regulation. Helpful for inflammation, fluid retention, puffiness and post-surgical swelling once medically cleared, usually from 7 to 14 days after surgery when incisions are fully closed. Not recommended with acute infection, active blood clots, unmanaged heart or kidney conditions, or unhealed surgical sites.

Prenatal Massage
Nourishing bodywork for the physical and emotional changes of pregnancy, using a bolstered face-down pillow, side-lying positions or elevation, tailored to how far along you are. Focus areas can include the head and neck, low back, hips, sacrum and feet. Please note that you are pregnant when you book.

- Flutura's prices are all-inclusive, and she doesn't accept gratuity. Gratuity is welcome for sessions with Shannon.
- Cancellations within 48 hours are charged 50% of the service price. Missed appointments without notice are charged in full.
