Stillpoint Within is a small, intentional practice nestled inside The Healing Co in Denver. The work here is ritual-based and relational. Every session is meant to feel intentional and therapeutically supportive. We're growing and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us!

THE OPPORTUNITY

Starting in May, we are looking for a therapist to work 1 week day and a Friday evening. Availability exists for a therapist who wants to hit the ground running to build their client list and find their rhythm before a full four-day schedule opens on July 1st. This is a chance to step into something with real longevity. If you've been looking for a place to put down roots professionally, this might be it.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Someone who is passionate about their craft and anchored in why they do this work. Beyond skill, we care about presence — how you hold space, how you show up for clients over time, and how you think about your own growth as a practitioner.

• Reliable, consistent, and self-directed with your schedule

• Invested in long-term client relationships, not just individual sessions

• Interested in being part of something bigger than a solo practice

• Comfortable with the business side — rebooking, retention, visibility

• At ease contributing to the studio's presence online and in the community

• You understand the difference between a spa and a practice​

REQUIREMENTS

• Active Colorado massage therapy license

• Current professional liability insurance

• Strong communication skills and a genuine investment in client experience

• 2+ year of experience is helpful, but the right fit is what I'm aiming for

COMPENSATION + CONTRACT

Starting commission: 40% + tips. At 40% commission plus average gratuity, therapists typically earn the equivalent of $70–81 per hands-on hour, depending on session length and tips.

This position begins with a 6 month contract, allowing both of us to establish a strong working rhythm and ensure alignment. At the end of that period, there is opportunity to renew into a longer-term agreement with increased compensation, based on performance, consistency, and mutual fit.

This is an independent contractor position. You are responsible for your own insurance and taxes.
